Service Description

This personal consultation call we offer for those who cannot come to visit us and book their therapy in person, to make sure more personalized attention from the very first contact. In a WhatsApp video call we will start from getting to know where are you at emotionally, physically and mentally, and then go through the guidelines for a proper preparation. Calls are scheduled in Tulum time. --- Esta llamada de consulta personal la ofrecemos para aquellos que no pueden venir a visitarnos y reservar su terapia personalmente, para asegurarnos una atención más personalizada desde el primer contacto. En una videollamada por WhatsApp comenzaremos por conocer dónde te encuentras emocional, física y mentalmente, para luego repasar las pautas para una adecuada preparación. Las llamadas están programadas en horario de Tulum.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you can’t attend or you need to reschedule with anticipation. An advance payment of 1000mxn will be required in this case for the next reservation. — Háganos saber si no puede asistir o si necesita reprogramar con anticipación. Se cobrará en este caso un anticipo de 1000mxn para la segunda reserva.
