Brainwave entrainment

Brainwave entrainment, also referred to as brainwave synchronization or neural entrainment, refers to the observation that brainwaves will naturally synchronize to the rhythm of periodic external stimuli, such as flickering lights, music, or tactile stimuli. Research shows that particular frequencies of brain activity cause positive effects e.g. increased production of endorphins, enhanced creativity and concentration, and facilitating personal transformation by achieving deep meditative states and relaxation.

Brainwave entrainment is nothing new. Ceremonial chambers acoustically tuned to specific brainwave frequencies have been found dating back to the Bronze Age, and the ancient Greeks used flickering sunlight shining through a spinning wheel to induce altered states. Since the 1970s, a wealth of brainwave entrainment techniques have developed using digitally encoded audio beats, strobe lights, or low-energy electromagnetic fields.

After testing various brain entrainment devices, we have found PandoraStar® the best in Light and Bioharmonics Technologies® for Sound & Tactile sensors. Particularly incredible was after having done several sessions with different chiropractors trying the Bioharmonics V.I.B.E. system for the first time and after one hour session never again having to look for chiropractors for back pains.
