Guided Psilocybin therapy (2 nights)

Service Description

Day 1: Preparation: Acclimatize to the sanctuary's serene environment, and meet your facilitator to build therapeutic rapport and to set intentions. The guide helps the participant understand the effects of psilocybin, the typical arc of a session (onset, peak, descent), and the variety of possible experiences (euphoric, challenging, mystical, emotional). Day 2: The journey itself starts first thing in the morning and consists of the following steps: Onset (First 30 mins): The participant ingests the full Hero's dose (5g) of dried Golden Teacher. The participant is encouraged to focus inward ("trust, let go, be open") and explore their inner landscape, emotions, and memories. Once the effects of the medicine starts kicking in, the participant enters the floatation chamber alone. Peak Experience (2-4 hours): The guides adopt a "supportive presence" role. Instrumental music playlist designed to guide the emotional journey is played during the entire journey, during which the facilitator sits outside, ready to offer assistance only if requested by the participant and providing reassurance when needed. Descent: As the effects begin to subside (after 4 hours), the guides will help the participant gently return to ordinary consciousness. Together they enjoy a light meal and engage in initial, non-intrusive conversation about the experience if the participant feels like sharing. Day 3: Integration (Making Meaning) The participant meets with the guide for an integration session. The key question is, "How do you bring these insights into your life now?" This involves identifying concrete changes in perspective, behavior, or habits. Conclude with a moment of tranquility enjoying the inner peace and insights gained, before checkout at 11am.
