Family Constellations

Service Description

Families can be a source of great happiness, warmth, and love, but they also suffer from trauma and conflict, resulting in damaged connections and broken relationships. Family constellation therapy helps clients identify, understand, and reconcile events that have led to breakdowns within the family “constellation”. It involves individuals from the therapy group acting as stand-ins for a client’s existing and past family members, then using their position and feedback to work through and ease tensions. Whether you want to have your own line-up or take part as an extra (to play a role in somebody's constellation), you have the opportunity every Thursday - In both cases you will heal part of yourself. You can participate in all sessions in English or in Spanish. La terapia de constelaciones familiares ayuda a los clientes a identificar, comprender y reconciliar eventos que han provocado rupturas dentro de la “constelación” familiar. Implica que individuos del grupo de terapia actúen como sustitutos de los familiares actuales y pasados del cliente, y luego utilicen su posición y retroalimentación para resolver y aliviar las tensiones. Tanto si quieres tener tu propia formación como si quieres participar como extra (jugar un papel en la constelación de alguien), tienes la oportunidad todos los jueves.
