Kirtan is derived from a Sanskrit root meaning to call, recite, praise, or glorify. Put simply, kirtan is the act of praising and glorifying some form of divinity. Not only does kirtan help relieve stress, worries, and anxiety, it awakens and cultivates the innate wisdom, happiness, and spiritual love lying dormant within you. By gradually cleansing your heart and mind, you can discover and experience your real identity, self-worth, and purpose in life.

Cancellation Policy
Please book with minimum 48hrs in advance. REQUIREMENTS Please arrive with 6hrs of fasting, the previous day have a light dinner. Restrict other substances intake for 24 hrs such as alcohol, caffeine, THC, and any other illicit drugs. Prescription drugs such as SSRI, MAORIs, antidepressants, sleeping pills, should be avoided 48hrs before the session. CANCELLATIONS A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email after booking with a payment link. You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hrs in advance without losing your deposit. You can cancel anytime but the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% should be covered at the beginning of the session either in cash or card.
